EVE

Immutable ERC-20 shares used for entry, redemption, and performance-fee dilution.

Mint/burn permissionRegistry MINTER_ROLE

The name above was read from the deployed token at the dated deployment snapshot. The constructor in contracts main still contains the older name Everything Strategy; source naming should not override the deployed token's name().

Privileged supply functions

function mint(address to, uint256 amount) external
function burn(uint256 amount) external
function burnFrom(address account, uint256 amount) external

All three require MINTER. At the snapshot, both AMM and StrategyManager hold that role. AMM mints on entry and burns on redemption. StrategyManager mints treasury EVE when harvesting eligible performance fees.

EVE is a transferable protocol share. Holding it grants no governance role. Its ETH redemption price depends on net NAV and live supply, and can decrease.

App and indexer integration

The burn flow may require approval to AMM. The subgraph records EVE approvals with spender == AMM, alongside protocol mint/burn and claim events. Queued EVE stays in AMM escrow until processed or cancelled.
